Mentors are RNs with specialized skills or knowledge that can provide another nurse with immediate and short-term help. RNs of any experience level can be a Flash mentor.

Mentees are RN's that have a specific and immediate problem, need, or question. Enroll to be a mentee if,
- Your objectives can immediately be met through meetings with a mentor 
- You want to learn a particular or specialized skill 

RNs of any experience level can be a Flash mentee.
